Go to icn user > QR Code Payment Link

Create a QR payment link for your customers to scan, enter an amount and pay. You can print any number of QR codes to increase your points of acceptance and grow your business.

Depending on your business, QR codes can be customized to accept tips, add information fields or collect additional information from your clients. You can create QR payment links to accept payment immediately and others to accept pre-authorizations which reserves the amount on your customer’s card. Use of QR Payment Links also enable your employees to focus on non-payment tasks.

Generic QR Payment Link - where the customer enters the amount to pay.

Step 1: Under ‘Reference Number’, select ‘Customer Input’ to require your customer enter an identifying reference number for the payment. Or, select ‘Auto Generate’ to automatically give each payment a reference number. The Prefix and Suffix fields can be used to add words or numbers before and after the auto-generated reference number.
Step 2: Select the currencies you wish to display on the QR Payment Link and, if applicable, include the Sales Tax (VAT) by clicking 'Select Tax Profile'.
Step 3: You can add/subtract custom fields to your QR Payment Link payment page by toggling the button between Yes/No. Here you can add Tips and Payment Methods as well as allow your customer activate recurring payments from the payment page. You can also allow your customers share a payment page across their social media.
Step 4: When you click ADD for Additional Info field you will note an ADD button with three choices:
Item Info - Gives your customer a description what you are selling e.g. 'Product Name' 'Nike'.
Text Box - Gives your customer an instruction e.g.  'Terms and Conditions' followed by 'I accept' or 'Please enter special delivery instructions' followed by 'Please enter here'. You can also make this a requirement on the payment page meaning payment cannot be made until instructions are entered.

NB: The order of these field be changed.
Step 5: Click ‘Submit’ when finished. You can continually edit your QR Payment Link field without the QR code or payment link changing. Only one QR Payment Link is generated and available.
