Go to icn user > Payment Request >  Single Payment Request or Recurring Payment Request

When creating a single or recurring payment request from the merchant portal, you can generate an invoice or upload your own. Uploaded invoices must be under 2 MB in size and must be in .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .tiff format. Follow the steps below to include an invoice with your payment request.

Note: QR code is only 'clickable' when invoice is sent in .pdf format. Otherwise, the customer will have to scan the QR to open.

Step 1: Create a single or recurring payment request. Click here to learn how to create your payment request message, and then Click here to learn how to create your payment request.
Step 2: Click 'Yes' for 'Attach invoice on email'. Next, determine whether you will upload your own invoice or generate a new invoice.

Step 3: Click 'Upload a file' .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, png, or tiff format. All files must be under 2 MB. Once uploaded. click the 'arrow forward' button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Use Mobipaid’s invoice generator to create and send an invoice to your customer. Your customer will receive the invoice or as an attachment to the email payment request.

Select one of 3 formats offered, .pdf, .jpeg or .png.

In the 'Description' box, write and format for your customer your invoice content.
